“Totally thrilled with the new carpet and wood stairs! They were only here for a couple of days, and moved a ton of stuff without damaging anything. The wood stairs are amazing, they managed to match the floor stain perfectly. Had a couple minor issues after they were done, and they were johnny-on-the-spot to come back out and make the necessary adjustment. Would recommend them to anyone. Also, the price came out exactly as quoted, no last minute "surprises". Very honest, hard working group of guys.”

I waited to give the review because I wanted to see how the flooring would wear and if the craftsmanship was on par--we have a lot of traffic in-and-out with our family of three AND our three dogs. Our flooring was BEAUTIFUL when installed, and it remains BEAUTIFUL today! We shopped around for pricing and Custom Carpet was by far the least expensive. The guys there are super nice, extremely knowledgeable, and I was totally comfortable with them working in my home. We have no complaints at all on the product we purchased, the installation, or the great customer service and family feel we got when we chose Custom Carpet & Vinyl. I get tons of compliments on our flooring and I've referred several friends and co-workers to Doug at Custom Carpet. We will absolutely stay with Custom Carpet and Vinyl in the future.”
