We cannot say enough about the fantastic service we received... from the first time walking through their showroom doors, to the follow up visit after installation was complete. Les was knowledgeable about the product, had clear accurate information and communication about order and installation times as well as making sure all our questions about care and warranty were answered. Our installation crew, Lee and Tina were a delight and worked very efficiently. We hardly knew they were in the house! They were careful to watch out for our elderly deaf dog and were patient with the young one who always wanted to inspect what they were doing. Our home is so much brighter and our experience with CS Floors was truly superb! We would highly recommend and plan to have them refinish our hardwood floors in the near future. Our carpet installers Lee and Tina did a marvelous job and were very conscientious about their work. Slavic went out of his way to cut an extra piece of the vinyl to fit perfectly under our sink. The kitchen floor looks great. Sean, our project manager, was very patient with my many changing ideas of what I wanted. He helped a lot. Finally I made the right one.”
