“A friend had carpet installed a few years back, so when I decided to have carpet installed in my living room and dining room, (and linoleum in the kitchen and bath), I went straight to Creative Carpet. Recently I had been experiencing some discoloration in the linoleum. Andy came to take a look, and he replaced the flooring at no cost! The discoloration was just an "act of god" - no fault of Creative Carpet! Rick came, installed the new linoleum in a record breaking 4 hours, and it is beautiful! Creative Carpet sands by their product and their WORD. I would happily work with these folks again. Professionalism and quality are not dead!”

“We were met by a friendly representative who listened and understood what we needed. He proceeded to show us what we could use from a extensive selection. The old carpet was removed on time and the new installed to our best satisfaction. Thank you creative carpets.”

“We have used Creative Carpet in the past and been thrilled with the entire process. So, I headed back to see Joe for new carpet for our new attic addition. Joe was so helpful- listening to my wants/needs and helping me find a style that would fit. Knowing that I was short on time and had 2 kids with me but not my husband, the other decision maker, he offered that I could FaceTime my husband for his opinion to help narrow down the samples and make it easier for me. That was the perfect idea and we were easily able to narrow it down to 2. It was such a timesaver. Joe worked with our construction schedule, quickly gave me an estimate and then we scheduled install when I was ready. It was installed promptly and beautifully- even with a tough seam and a flight of stairs. I'm so happy with the job done from start to finish. Joe is just so calm and helpful and guides you through the process without any pressure- you can tell he just wants to help you and wants you to be happy. We'll be back soon!”
