“Kim was helpful with choosing our products and initial service was good. Installers for LVP & tile were great but carpet install was not good. I wanted Merrill to come take a look because the carpet installers said there was nothing they could do. I called several times before they finally set up a day for Merrill & carpet contractor to come look at the issue. They never showed or contacted me. This has happened two weeks in a row. After you pay them they don't back up their products or installation. I would recommend going elsewhere if you need carpet.”

“Cotton and Timber just helped me to upgrade my 15 year old home with new carpet and fireplace stone surround. I could not be happier! They came to our home for a free consultation and Kim was amazing with helping us to pick out products that would compliment our design. They helped to link us to professionals to do the framing and other work that other big box stores couldn’t or wouldn’t help us do. Their prices were great and less then others when we compared. When we had the wrong color tile delivered they quickly helped us to remedy the problem and always worked to make us satisfied! I would highly recommend this company!”
