They go out of their way to make the entire process as easy as possible and are always willing to listen to ones questions or suggestions and guide you in the right direction. It is because of them, that during the process of removing my damaged floors (water incident), removing and storing my furniture safely, then laying the new floors, that I felt at ease and with no worries whatsoever.
