“I’m building an addition in Wyndham for a customer, a bigger and brand new beautiful kitchen. I use Costen Floors for all my flooring needs. They removed the existing flooring and installed new hardwood floors throughout the first floor. They look beautiful! A two day job that was completed ahead of schedule. “The showroom is beautiful and offers an enormous variety to choose from. The salesman Jon Diaz was incredibly, kind, knowledgable, friendly and most importantly, patient. He answered all of my questions and made me extremely comfortable. He was honest about the texture and quality of the carpeting I would receive. Plush, soft and the color is exactly what I wanted. The two gentlemen Elman (I unfortunately do not recall the other gentleman's name) that installed the carpeting were absolutely superb! They were very courteous and professional. They arrived one time, installed the carpeting perfectly and were done in no time. I was amazed how they took the their time to move all of the huge and heavy furniture from each room and put them back. Wow! Stellar is the word that I would!! Thank you!”

“So far, our experience has been great from the representative. Most importantly to me is the constant communication and answering all our questions. We visited the store and they were very helpful in providing us recommendations and were knowledgeable in the products they offered. We got some samples to take home. Once we decide what flooring to put, I will add another review regarding scheduling and installation which may or may not change my rating... We decided on the floors and scheduling was a breeze. The crew did a great job. The crew supervisor even stopped his crew and took his crew around all the rooms to screw in the subfloors wherever there were making creak noises before laying the floor. They took out the carpeting, screwed in the subfloors where it needed it, removed our toilets, installed the floors and shoe molding. They had to wait for our master shower to be remodeled to do that area. They are very flexible in waiting and easy to work with. They are returning May 4th to finish the bathroom. So far, very happy with how they operate. It is not perfect with communication, but they get back to you right away and that is what matters to me. We are sceduled for our stairs to be completed duri g the week of May 16th and refinishing the stairs the week of May 23rd. I will post after that is completed.”
