“4/2022 We had Juan and his crew out to put new carpet in our master bedroom and on our stairs. We also had them install flooring in our office. From the start Juan was very attentive and on time for every visit. He responded to all of my messages promptly and was even able to schedule our installation for the exact day we needed it. His team was on time and ready to work. After the carpet was installed, the seam seemed to be a little off. As soon as Juan saw it, he said that this was not typical of their work and he would do whatever was necessary to correct the issue. He had his other team come back and redo the seam as well as offered to install upgraded molding for us at no cost. He went above and beyond to make sure we as customer were 110% happy. His team even went even a step further to find squeaks in our 25 year old floor and fix them before installing the carpet. In some cases this involved cutting the floor. Most people would have just left that saying it was not an easy fix. I can't say enough about his team, Vinny, Adrian and Freddie... What a great bunch of guys, who truly know their stuff. Super professionals whose work level is perfection. Can't wait to have them out for our next projects. Thank you. 3/2023 Second project on the books all completed and once again totally satisfied. Juan and his team came out to remodel our hall bathroom. We are beyond happy with his companies work. They gutted the bathroom and Installed a new tub, tiles, flooring, vanity and painted the walls. The tile and floor work are beautiful. Joe worked his miracles on installing our tub and vanity and a recessed light. They showed up on time and worked until the job was done. Juan oversees the work every step of the way and always answers the phone with any questions we have. The only problem is keeping my kids from wanting to use the new shower and be in there even more. This company deserves 10 stars 🌟 job well done. 👏 trying to schedule 2 more projects in the near future.”
