“Excellent customer service! I live in California and was searching for a specific floor boards that the manufacturer had stopped building a months ago. I reached out late in the day to Zachary on the phone - he was extremely helpful and provide the quote for both the wood and transportation within a day. He was very patient in answering all of my questions regarding quantity I needed to buy (I have not hired a contractor yet) and installation in general. Upon payment the wood was shipped within a day and I received it yesterday. Great experience - I would definitely recommend them!!”
