“I am beyond pleased with Colorado Carpets and JB. Their customer service was outstanding! JB kept us informed at all times of what was going on with our order and when it was coming in. In the midst of trying to get our house ready to sell we couldn't move forward until the carpet was replaced. Unfortunately COVID hit the carpets distributions center and put everything on hold for two weeks. JB was so great about communicating with me the entire time on what was going. Once the distribution center opened back up JB and his crew didn't waste any time to get the carpet put in so we could get our house on the market. Thank you so much JB for your. “I looked at several flooring companies and got estimates from them as well as Colorado Carpet who ended up being one of the most reasonable. Cost was important but we really wanted someone who would do quality work. Believe all the wonderful reviews! Colorado Carpet has the most qualified staff I've ever seen regarding wood products, stain and installation. We had existing oak floors and wanted to add to them where carpet was next to the wood and change the color to match some cork flooring that met with the wood. The result was seamless and our floors are gorgeous! And they were so patient in answering our endless questions and offered expert advice in creating a custom stain that matched the cork. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!”

I called multiple stores for estimates and Colorado Carpet & Flooring not only called to make an appointment immediately, but their estimate ended up being the most reasonable. I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy (JB) and he was wonderful to work alongside. He helped me choose a carpet that best fit my needs and accommodated my busy schedule anytime I needed to come in person. On the installation day, my husband and I were blown away with the workers’ punctuality, professionalism, and speed. They finished before we expected them to and it looked beautiful - better than we expected! They were very communicative and careful when asking where the vinyl would be installed and asked clarifying questions when needed. I can not recommend this company enough and will gladly do business with them again when we recarpet the upstairs.”
