“My condo in Destin needed a flooring update. I contacted Paul at Costal Carpet and Tile One on a recommendation of my condo association manager. Paul was WONDERFUL to work with. I live out of state and was not able to be in Florida to personally manage the flooring update. Paul went to the condo, looked over the space, and made suggestions. We talked and then he sent me pictures and samples. The flooring was ordered and was installed this past week! Paul managed the entire thing (getting permits, old flooring removal and installation of new floor) He made it so easy for me! I would highly recommend Costal Carpet and Time Carpet one and especially Paul. He was professional, honest and reliable. THANK YOU!”

“Heather and Jim were GREAT! Heather measured for me and picked out the color as I was out of town. Very responsive, quick amd friendly. Jim and his crew did the install and were extremely professional, friendly and courteous. They moved my furniture and put it back right where it needed to go. They couldn’t have been any quicker! They also cleaned up like they were never even there. I HIGHLY recommend them! And the carpet is so pretty. I want to just lay down in the room and enjoy it :)”

Lisa offered us quality customer service, efficient solutions, and a competitive quote to fix our home for our crawling infant quickly. We even added the backsplash because Lisa was so trustworthy and fair with her pricing. Everything was completed while we were on vacation without any problems — can’t beat that.
