“I had purchased a newly constructed house that had Christian's flooring in it that wasn't installed by Christian's. It was extraordinarily squeaky in the winter time and the builder didn't fix it during my builders warranty period because they came in the summer and couldn't reproduce the problem. In the second winter when the floors started squeaking again, I decided to call Christian's because I knew my flooring had some type of warranty through them. 2 weeks out from when I called, and my floors have been repaired and no longer squeak even a little bit. Excellent customer service that I can't praise enough.”

“We decided to replace carpeting in our lower level and stairs before our daughter got married at our home. We had a pretty small window of opportunity to get it done and they were so great to work with! We were able to pick out carpeting and it was installed in a timely manner and the whole lower level looked amazing for the wedding! We had to go with our second choices for both areas, but that was due to supply and demand at the source. Chloe had anticipated this and had us pick out 3 choices for each area in case there would be a problem getting the carpet in time. We ended up with our 2nd choice for each room, but they turned out great!!! Everything went great, from picking out samples to try, to install and beyond. This company knows how to do customer service with a smile. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them! And Chloe is a sweetheart to work with!!!”

“Great customer service! It was a smaller scale job and they were kind enough to take it on. Some other companies would say they were too busy and wouldn’t get to it until winter. Even with being short on installers they made it happen! The installer (Chase) was super kind and very professional. Highly recommend.”
