I offered to tip and he respectfully declined and explained how "it's a family business and we care more about the people and experiences". Glad I came in and did business with these great people!”

“Cherokee Floor Covering just completed an install in our restaurant Century House Tavern in Woodstock. Corey was our initial contact and he came out to give us a quote and speak to us about our flooring needs. Since our restaurant is in a house built in 1894 there were challenges with a wooden sub floor. To ensure a proper install Corey came back out with a rep from both the flooring product distributor and a rep for the floor prep company. Despite the challenges Cory and also the commercial sales manager Kim Hamrick came out multiple times to monitor and insure that the install was going as planned. The end result was better than we could imagine, our kitchen and bar floors look amazing. I admit that we did get 3 quotes and Cherokee Floor Covering was not the cheapest but they came out with product reps that made sure that this would be a successful install. We went with them based on what we have heard from previous clients and them taking the added time to answer all of our questions prior to day one of the install. We were fortunate to have an installer by the name of Enrique who was meticulous and took great pride in his work. Good to hire a company that takes old school pride in customer service and pride in their finished product.”
