“My beautiful Italian tile flooring installation was completed today and I could not be happier. Shane, the man who laid and grouted the weathered barn wood-look tile was efficient, friendly, and didn't leave any mess behind for me to clean up, but the real hero was Beth, who wrote up my quote six months ago. As bad weather, no-show subcontractors and endless delays kept kicking the can down the road, she accommodated my scheduling/canceling routine with patience and good grace. Beth knew their stock well enough to give me multiple options in varied price ranges when I first came in, something I genuinely appreciated. Good selection and even better people.”
