“I called Charles Tyre Flooring because we mistakenly spilled paint on the carpet of one of our customers. We've never done that before so I had heard Charles Tyre did good work, and reached out to them. I immediately offered to replace the carpet and sent our customer to pick out any color they wanted from their showroom in Middletown. Within 2 days, Charles Tyre Flooring had the carpet installed. Myself and my customer were very impressed with their showroom, customer service, and how quickly they got the job done. I will be using them for all my future projects.”
