“We shopped around Baton Rouge for carpet and based on the few google reviews decided to give Carpet World a try. I called in and talked to Danny who was very honest and knowledgeable. We went to the store and they walked us through all of the carpet types. Estuardo came the same day for measurements and we ultimately quickly decided on carpet and called them and had it ordered. The carpet was running behind due to delivery issues on the manufacturer’s end and came in on the day we were supposed to have it installed instead of a day or two before. Danny and his install team met the truck at an earlier delivery site than the carpet world store to get the carpet in their hands so they could get to me and get it installed. He kept in contact that day and made it to the house with a 3 man crew. They got the job done in 4-5 hours and it looks great. They were polite and courteous and very friendly. We couldn’t be happier with the carpet they helped us pick out or the job that they did. 5 stars all the way! Thanks carpet world.”
