“We had new carpet installed in our WHOLE house by Carpet World's crew and they did an amazing job. They removed all our old carpet, put the new pad down, and installed the amazing new carpet in only 2 days! We absolutely love it and have people complimenting it anytime they come to our house. Carpet World had much better quality carpet and pads to choose from then all the "big name" stores and I was happy to have spent my money somewhere local. Donna and Julie were super helpful in the store and on the phone whenever we had questions. I recommend Carpet World for any of your flooring needs, they do an amazing job.”

There were a couple of spots where my new carpeting was defective- something that was due to Mohawk- not Carpet World. I noticed the issue and they had the installer come out and look at it and take pictures. They called me back to tell me about the defect. I was surprised with how little complication the problem added to my life. They got new carpet and installed it without delay. I will use them again and recommend them highly. They understand how to treat customers.”

“Earlier this summer we had the carpet replaced in 5 of our bedrooms. Miguel and team helped move out the few large things my wife and I couldn't move. They showed at 0800 and were pretty much done at 1PM with some clean up. I was so pleased at the quality of the padding and carpet without paying a very high price but the carpet sure feels like I did!
