“Fantastic experience! We recently had both vinyl flooring and carpet installed in our home. Both jobs were difficult due to furniture and logistics. No problem for the experienced and professional installers from Carpet World. The two gentlemen who worked on our vinyl planking, Loren and Nathan, were efficient, pleasant to work with, and eager to please. Even though there was significant furniture juggling involved, they approached the job with a friendly, helpful attitude. We are extremely pleased with the results! Jay's work installing the carpet on our stairs was the best we have ever seen, especially for a difficult configuration. He was prompt, efficient, and friendly. And he didn't seem to mind dealing with stressed out homeowners! We also want to thank Bruce for his guidance and for his ability to schedule a job in a very tight timeframe.
