“This is an absolute hidden Gem. I found Carpet Express on a google search and the reviews were spot on. The showroom was nice but Arian was amazing. He took the time to explain thoroughly the difference between carpets, padding, and trends of today. He also has the interior decorating eye that lead us in the right direction. Arian is personable and customer service driven which is hard to come by these days. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this store to anyone who is interested in quality carpets and even better service.”

As soon as our floors came in, he scheduled installation. The crews were amazing, and they finished the install ahead of schedule. He came and measured everything, help me pick out the carpet, and installed everything before we got here! I’ve never felt carpet as soft as the one he helped me choose! “I had an amazing experience and cannot recommend this company enough! I have hardwood floors in my condo but needed carpet over it, because the wood was too hard on my dog. Arian was so personable, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He came over for the estimate and talked me through everything. He stayed in contact from setting up the estimate appointment, through the installation and even after it was complete to make sure I was happy. He was also available every time I texted him with a question. A big thing that stood out was when I asked for his recommendation on which type of carpet to get. He actually suggested the less expensive option since I only plan to have it temporarily. It is rare to find a company that recommends what is best for you when it means less money for them. Amazing. The two gentlemen who came to install were wonderful as well. They were kind and went over everything with me. They made sure I knew what exactly they had to do, and explained there might be a little noise. I was also completely comfortable being alone with them in my home, and I have not felt that way with everyone who’s ever done work for me. They were scheduled on to come between 8 and 9 and were actually here 15 minutes early! The carpet looks SO GOOD (I actually like it better than the wood) and they were in and out in under 3 hours. It has now been a few weeks and the carpet still looks perfect! This is a great company, run by a good and honest man, and they have my full recommendation and loyalty.”
