“Oh my goodness! I love my new carpet that my husband and I bought through Mike Miles with Carpet Direct! The padding is high quality and thick. The carpet is Stainmaster and beautiful. Mike was a professional, answered all our questions and gave us one estimate and quote. Nobody had to return to remeasure our space and Mike was right on time for his appt. The installers, Landyn Cochran and his sons did a terrific job! We had five rooms completed in a tri-level home and they were done in one day with finished perfection! the price was only about 1/2 of what another business quoted us. “I usually don't write reviews but this company went so far above and beyond that I absolutely had to take the time to do this. The salesman was very knowledgeable and he made the buying process very easy. He was very patient with the many questions my wife and I had. Samples were brought directly to our home so we could see the floor in our own lighting. They got our job quoted quickly and the install turned out great too. My wife and I are happy that the salesman was able to show us a product with everything we were looking for within our price range and love how it made our home look like a brand new place! It's always intimidating making such a large investment so I was glad the salesman made the experience as stress-free as possible. That's something we did not find while shopping around. I will definitely be recommending and using Carpet Direct again in the future.”

“We worked with Robert Manginelli and Mario (last name?) to size, have made and install carpeting on our stairs. They both were incredibly kind, respectful, knowledgeable and always very easy to get in contact with about any question. Even after the job was finished and he had been paid, Robert would still quickly answer questions we had for him. The way Mario installed the carpeting looks clean and professional. Would highly recommend them both!”
