“Excellent service with my carpet reinstall (new carpet padding and my previous existing carpet) in my completed basement/ recreation room. Top-notch organization from Tom (the estimator) to Lisa (scheduler) to the carpet laborers of Ramon and Enrique. I had three (3) free estimates done with local Greenwood carpet companies on my basement carpet reinstall before deciding which company to go with. Carpet Country had the best economically priced bid and their workmanship of Ramon and Enrique was very professional, answered my questions and concerns, and provided a high quality carpet reinstall. It took them less than 2 hrs to install new padding and stretch the carpet (932 sq ft room), and assisted me with moving the pool table on gliders and two (sofas) into their proper locations within the room on my day off from work. As requested, they called 30 minutes prior to their arrival on the reinstall day. It was a great experience and we are very blessed to have such a wonderful local carpet outlet in Greenwood.
