One place couldn't even remember quoting our house. Natalie at Carpet Connection, and her dad, the owner, have renewed my faith in the goodness of people. It has not been a chore dealing with this company, which has been a nice change! The installers said they'd be there at 8:30 on a Friday and we almost passed out when they actually showed up when they said they would. And the owner came and was on the floor, helping! We were stunned after all the others we've dealt with during this rebuild. It's a breath of fresh air. Totally recommend Carpet Connection.”
