“Had an overall great experience here. Dale helped my husband and I pick out our carpet. He was very informative and wasn’t pushy at all. When we gave him our price range and explained what we were doing he gave us excellent suggestions. The estimated price and what we paid were the same. The guy that estimated the job and installed the guy that installed the carpet were both professional and friendly. We had to push our install date back and it wasn’t a problem at all, everyone was still just as kind to us. We will be going back to them when we finish our basement!”

“Dale was very helpful in finding the exact color carpeting that I wanted, as well as something very soft yet durable. He recommended high quality padding in case of any pet accidents. Dale was great to work with! He returned all calls promptly and really knew his products. The gentleman who measured was efficient & professional. The carpet installers did a fantastic job! They were respectful of our home & our time. There had been a miscommunication regarding furniture that needed moving, but they rolled with the changes without a single complaint. The new carpet looks terrific! They installed it nice and tight so it lays very smoothly. No seams are visible. All in all, Carpet Bonanza was a pleasure to work with.”

“I went to Carpet Bonanza with a very specific question on trying to source a particular kind of flooring. While they weren't able to get it for us (for reasons totally out of their control - the manufacturer makes it only for a certain warehouse on the east coast and no one else), they went above and beyond in trying to get it, finding the reasons why they wouldn't be able to get it, and then staying in touch with me. When we redo another part of our house, we will definitely contact them again!”
