“Wow! The individual who came out to install the carpet went above and beyond. One prime example doors in the basement needed to be trimmed so they can open and close, guess what the installer did he trimmed them up that was not in the agreement. “We were nicely treated by the salesperson Brandon, found a carpet we liked at a price we were comfortable with, and the installers did a great job. We purchased a patterned carpet and can't see a single seam. Our condo association required soundproofing information (which wasn't easily available) and the store was able to find it and send it to us. Be sure to discuss charges for moving any items like couches beforehand.”
