“The Carousel team were terrific to work with. They came in way in advance and examined the water damage to the floors in my new home, gave me a terrific briefing on what would be involved and what I needed to do to prepare. They sent me over a fair estimate and scheduled me for the work to sand and refinish the 3,500 square feet of Brazilian teak. I had to wait a little because they're in demand, but I'm delighted with the results and the professionalism. Highly recommend them!”

He managed to turn shiny factory finished hardwoods which were not to my taste into floors that now show the wood grain and tones and have real depth of color. They look beautiful. Kasey was courteous, kept me fully informed of the progress of the job and showed great attention to detail. All of this was done at an incredibly reasonable price - excellent value for money as it has transformed my home.”

“Great experience working w/Carousel. They restored old heart pine floors throughout house and result is amazing. After pulling wall-to-wall carpets, we discovered several damaged areas. Carousel repaired the damage and carefully integrated wood salvaged from a closet and then seamlessly blended that wood with existing. Sourcing new is expensive and never really matches, so a creative solution that saved time & money and in the end looks better. btw: this is our 2nd successful project w/carousel. Three years previously they installed white oak hardwoods throughout. Excellent & highly recommended.”

“Kasey and his crew did a remarkable job on our floors. We bought a very old (1920s) cottage on the Eastern shore that had mismatched, poorly finished, damaged hardwood floors in three rooms, and new gray vinyl flooring in the fourth room. Kasey replaced the vinyl flooring with red oak, and refinished the floors in all four rooms to be a consistent color. They are gorgeous. He took the cottage from being old and dim to looking bright and new. And he did it all on time and within his original estimate. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with!”
