They give you wise information in terms of evaluating options and making recommendations based on their knowledge of what's best for your situation - not the size of the deal to them. The crews work hard and they meet their timelines. And the results are great. We went in thinking we were going to replace about 1000 sq feet of hand scraped hardwood flooring and after seeing the quality of the existing flooring, they recommended re-staining instead. We did, going with a much lighter color, saving well more than $10K and the results are awesome.”
