“As many others, we had a pipe burst during 'snowmageddon' February 2021. We had to have portions of our existing carpet upstairs removed so I was looking to replace it. I'd been getting the runaround from a different flooring company that had been recommended to me so decided to check out Master's Flooring. I mentioned to Wayne that I was hoping to have it installed within the week since we had family coming to visit and was shocked that he said they could accommodate that fast timeline. I was still hesitant since I'd been dealing with other contractors for other portions of our home that were damaged and often had delays, but Wayne was true to his word. Carpet installers arrived the exact day and time we'd scheduled them, did a professional job with removal of old carpet and installation and we absolutely love the new carpet. It is so soft and best of all, they came in below the price we needed based on insurance. I am SO grateful for Master's Flooring and highly recommend them!”

“Wayne and team did a fantastic job from beginning to end. The minute we walked into their shop, we were greeted with top-tier customer service. We were able to take a few samples home to get a sense of what the options would look like in our home. Wayne came by shortly after to take measurements and explain the entire process. He even took the samples back with him to make it more convenient for our schedule. I asked him many follow up questions about the process and he immediately took the time to explain. The quote was reasonable and also took the time to explain any questions we had with that as well. The installation process was flawless and his team was professional and kind. We had a lot of leveling issues but they fixed the problems without inconveniencing our weekend. You can tell Wayne and his team really love what they do because we felt comfortable and confident in their work.
