“We had Calvetta Bros. replace our carpet with vinyl planks. We were please with the new flooring. Unfortunately there was a defect in the locking system. This didn't show up for a few months. We worked with Lance to have the floor replaced. We decided to change the color and style of the planking. Lance was extremely helpful and even brought samples to our house. There were a few delays getting the flooring, due to the pandemic. Things like this happen and Lance kept us updated and was very professional. We wish all companies operated like this.
