“I cannot say enough amazing things about Lou and the team. Refinishing our floors was the our first major project in our first apartment we own, and Lou was so helpful in helping us determine how to achieve the look we want. There is a chian between us and Buono that is over 50 messages long to give you an idea of how much time and attention that took. They also tested several finishes to help us decide on the look before proceeding with the project, and helped us move some large pieces of furniture out of the way. Finally, they managed the COI and building process well. The team was on time, professional, and did great work. And most importantly, the floors look incredible! We went with a light finish, almost a grey, that is more of a natural look without the shine of more traditional finishes, and they look incredible and modern. Pricing was in-line with the more reasonable quotes we got from other places. I cannot recommend them enough! Getting work done in Manhattan is tough, and I felt like Lou's team did a great job at a reasonable price.”

Ricky did a beautiful job sanding and finishing my 500 sf apartment flooring with a pickled oak finish and repairing a broken floorboard (see before and after shots). Their estimate was very fair. They were organized, on time, had great communication. Super-fast as well, both in booking the appointment for the next week and in completing the job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome and will definitely use their services again in the future!”
