“Purchased over 800 sq feet of flooring Quality was great Price was ok. Decided to buy from a local company Installer was outstanding Customer service was below average. Poor communication we were told our order was at their warehouse when it was not in. Pulled up all the flooring and than found out the product was not here! Flooring showed up but no trim to go with it Mislead about delivery information numerous times Left two messages for the general manager. Never got a call back!! The only reason I still rated them at a 3 was the fantastic installer. I have 3 more rooms to update and it will not be with Builders After receiving the owners response, I reached out the the new store manager and had a good conversation. He called me back the following day and I was impressed with his openness and am willing to give Builders another opportunity to earn my business”
