“We COULD NOT be happier with Garret and our quartz kitchen countertops. When we started our kitchen remodel, we had no idea how many decisions awaited us and how many moving parts were involved to coordinate. We knew aside from appliances, the counter top was the most important decision from an investment point of view. Garrett came to our home, walked us through our options and was responsive start to finish over the course of MONTHS. We had no idea how long the process could take (contractor delays and other shipping supply issues not related to the counter tops that held the project up). Garrett never dropped the ball with us. Emails were replied to within the day. He always picked up his phone. He helped us not overspend and troubleshoot issues. By far, BY FAR, the countertop process was the easiest and smoothest start to finish. It looks absolutely lux, incredible, a fabulous investment in our home's value. They installed on time. The seam is barely even noticeable and done right where we wanted it. Every one who walks into our home ohhs and ahhs at them when they see our kitchen. If only we could have hired them for the the whole project. Stop your research and just book your first consult with them.”

“Ask for Amy. Seriously. My wife and I had two days to pick countertops, and Amy showed us the way. Even after she found out we already had a builder and a fabricator, she spent an hour with us on the showroom floor. She talked us through all the differences between quartz, quartzite, marble, and granite, going over all the positives and negatives of each. I really appreciated how Amy took our concerns (i.e., cost) into account, searching for the best price for us, even double-checking with a supplier on their inventory, knowing that she wouldn't see any commission from us. But I think the best part was how much fun Amy made the whole experience: she had such enthusiasm and really seemed to get into our project, wanting us to find the right stone. If we ever need new countertops again, CR Home Design is who we'd work with, especially if Amy is still there. The facility itself was easy to find with plenty of parking. The entrance was welcoming. Most importantly, the warehouse was very clean, organized, and well-lit. I could not be more pleased with this experience.”

“I have had a great experience with CR Home Resources. I am planning a Kitchen, Guest Bathroom and Laundry re-model. I purchased all my appliances from Sewell Appliances. Tom Price made the selection and process very easy. When I went to this store, I noticed boards for backsplash, counter-top, etc. I found out that there was a Design Center in Decatur. I was really nervous since my floor, backsplash and Shower Tile were the last choices that I had to make and when I looked on my own the choices were overwhelming and I couldn't find anything that I liked. Lexi Astle was amazing! She listened to my design and spent a lot of time with me picking out my selections. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire experience very easy! There are so many choices out there but she helped me narrow down my options and I'm very excited by the selections that we made and the process was fun. Lexi - it was so nice to meet you. Thank you so much for all of your help! You are great at what you do!”
