“I had a great experience with BCF. The owner personally came out and measured our floors. We had some pretty run down existing hardwood that they refinished and they also brought in new wood to replace our tiled kitchen and bath. They did an incredible job. We can't tell the old wood from the new. They both look incredibly brand new. The woman at the store also helped my husband and I with a stain color dispute and she was right on. She had us bring in paint and fabric samples and pointed us in the right direction and we're both extremely happy with the results. The workers were kind, helpful, and always on time. The owner even swung by several times to check in on the job and to see what we thought about the progress. On top of all that, they found that we had a far harder floor to remove in our kitchen than expected, but despite that (and us adding in baseboards at the last minute) they completed the job a day earlier than expected. After they left, I noticed two tiny spots that needed to be fixed because of dirt that had stuck to the finish. I called the store on a Friday, first thing Monday, one of the workers was there to fix it and it still looks great. We couldn't be happier with the result. I was surprised at what a difference flooring can make. Our house finally looks and feels like home.”
