“This summer we went through a different company to get our flooring. It was a big box store and I never had a good feeling about them, but we were new to this and had never heard of Brothers flooring. Finally the day came in November to have this other company do the flooring. They came, started whispering to each other and then walked out on the job. They told us we will not be doing any work for you and if we do, it will cost you thousands of dollars more. I was devastated! We had no idea what to do. I posted on Facebook and got a ton of people saying Brothers flooring was the place to go. I also had an uncle who recommended them. I got in contact with them and just felt a huge burden lifted from my shoulders. They were kind, supportive and answered all my questions. I truly felt 100% at ease with them and I had never felt like that with the big box store. We had two people out the next Monday to do a measure and they reassured us that our 100 year old house was not an impossible project. They got us in as soon as they could and the guys that came to the house were amazing. So kind and professional. I had no qualms about leaving them alone in my house. They did an amazing job. If you need floors done and don’t know where to go, look no further. Brothers flooring is the place for you!”
