“Boulevard is by far the best place we've ever purchased appliances and furniture at. If you buy your appliance here the service department is who you deal with for the manufacturer warranty. You don't have to run around trying to find someone. We live rural so that's what always happens otherwise. They also have great extended warranties and these too are handled by their service department. We have used them for our washing machines, driers, dish washers and refrigerators. We had purchased an extended warranty on our washer and it had an issue a week before the extended warranty expired. Because it was a costly repair they replaced the washer instead. We paid a bit extra for an upgrade and added a new extended warranty. For nearly 20 years, we have had the same amazing repair person sent to fix our purchases. That speaks well of a business that can keep their employees this long. We purchased a countertop microwave and smoker at Walmart but they use Allstate and we live rural. In those cases it is left to you to try and locate a repair person if required. I wasn't able to find a repair person for the smoker even in a hundred miles radius. After a weeks of calling to find no one, allstate did pay us out. Luckily for the microwave, they just paid us out and didn't require a repair to be made. However, with Allstate there were frustratios, due to one of their reps entering in the wrong email address incorrectly during a phone call to register 3 of my products and claim 1... They created huge mess they made me jump thru hoops to fix before I could make claims on 2 of them. After that, I decided we would always try and purchase through Boulevard for anything we could, especially if it's something we would buy an extended warranty on. So we replaced the microwave Allstate is paying us out for, with a better model from Boulevard. With an extended warranty, we saved nearly $100. We have purchased sofa sets and a sofa sleeper, mattress' and box springs, coffee table, roll top desk, rugs, decor and more and nearly 20 years worth of appliances from Boulevard. They're just the best. The customer service is top notch.”
