“Aloha to Del Tanaka of Bougainville Flooring Super Store. I'm not one to give 5 stars willy nilly however in this case ... My experience at this establishment was nothing short of "Outstanding!" From the moment you set foot in the door it is evident that they are doing what's necessary to keep their staff as well as the customers safe and healthy. Mahalo Michelle (First star) We were approached by Del Tanaka who merely introduced himself, asked if we had any questions. He listened and answered a couple of questions, attentive enough to follow our cue and left us to further look around. He did mentioned that he would be available should we have more questions. No pressure, not breathing down our necks. (2nd star) When we were interested in a style we didn't have to look for him, Del was on it. This next portion was when it became an adventure for us. He explained that if we have a style we want to see...the store's flooring is made up of the inventory they have in stock...so...you can actually see the variations of the planks in a bigger spectrum and get the feel of what the flooring would look like. Now as a family we were given the opportunity of an indoor scavenger hunt!!!(3rd star) When we were looking at a particular style long enough Del politely came by and said..."I need to let you know that before you fall in love with this, it won't be in for another 3-4 months or so." Product knowledge (4th star) Finally we had our top 3 choices. Del worked on a quote for us and provided more useful information on the flooring and warranty....wait for it...Del asked when we would be starting our project and we said sometime in November and he said..."We will be having a special in October in which you can get an additional 20% on our flooring!!!(5th star) Del ticked all these boxes for us: Patience Attentiveness Ability to communicate clearly Product knowledge Ability to read customers Providing customer driven service with honesty, integrity and commitment!! I went to purchase LVP and had difficult HOA requirements to meet and she went out of her way to help me find the products I needed. It’s hard to find representatives that strike a good balance providing customers service without being pushy or “salesy”. I appreciate Carries professionalism.
