“I worked with the owner Sandy and her daughter Jamie on flooring needs for my home. Prior to working with them, I had a terrible experience with a floorer and half of my flooring work was left uncompleted. I went to Bob’s as referred by family members and worked with Sandy to get the remainder of my hard flooring completed as well as have 2 bedrooms carpeted. She was very attentive and fair in her recommendations. We were able to get flooring ordered that week and work started within 3 weeks. The father-son Team that installed my floors were fantastic. They were helpful, professional, and very kind. They completed both the hard flooring, baseboards, and new carpeting work. My only complaint is that the wrong color baseboards were ordered on accident, but this issue was addressed promptly by Jamie, and then the floorers came out the following week on their vacation day to install the new baseboards. I am very very happy with the finished project and work completed, and will definitely use them for flooring needs in the future.”
