“Five stars for installers that were professional and friendly, but three stars for the 53rd Ave E Bradenton store. Our initial visit to the store, we noted that we had read some 'not so nice' reviews and communication was key in signing a contract. Unfortunately questions we posed only got answered due to our constant follow up. We never expected an answer to our questions in 15 minutes, but when 3-4 days pass and we had to constantly follow up left us second guessing our decision. Our second visit to the store, we spoke to store manager(?) who said she had been with Bob's 20 + years and communication was definitely key. After reassuring us, we decided to sign the contract and while we were there she contacted Mohawk to get answers to our questions and then proceeded to tell us the carpet would come off production on 10/24/20 and ship to warehouse on 10/28/20. We asked about a 10/29/20 install date and she informed us we should wait another week to be sure all materials shipped, so SHE proceeded to schedule an 11/5/20 install date. On 11/5/20 I contacted the store to inquire what time the installers would arrive, I was told by our original salesperson that we were not on schedule for that day and not all materials had shipped! I questioned why there had been no communication when we were clearly scheduled for an install by the store manager. We had prepared the rooms for the install on 11/5, and now he house was in total disarray for an additional week. Again, I was told by the salesman that he would look into it and get back to me . . . . again NO COMMUNICATION; I had to follow up again on 11/7/20. He informed me he was going to schedule an 11/12/20 install, which would allow sufficient time for padding to arrive. As you can see, simple communication would have alleviated a poor review and discontentment on our part.”

“Bobs is the Best for anything flooring in the Clearwater/ Tampa area. We will not go elsewhere for our flooring needs. We are used to NYC quality ( which is hard to find in Fla.), and Bobs delivers. When some of our vinyl plank flooring turned out to be defective, Bobs worked with us. They hired a great crew to remove and reinstall it. Rob and Steve worked hard and made it all perfect. “Big box stores offer the mirage of a low price. Bob’s Carpet & Flooring had better pricing for quality product, a timely delivery date that was met and installers that were courteous, professional and fast. Kudos to our Design Consultant, Gerald Nardini, as well as the Team Arizona group of installers, James, Tim, Justin and Kendall. You all “floored” us with your talents! Thanks!”
