She patiently took me through the showroom and explained the differences in the flooring to me (laminate? LVP? engineered wood? - I had no clue). She was able to steer me towards something that would work in our home away from home, and it was in stock too! The install went smoothly and now I'm a happy camper :) 5 stars all the way!”
