“If you want high quality products, people and service call Blakley’s. I was uncomfortable with how much I was spending for carpet for my home, but they made it worth the money!Would do it over again. Great people to work with. They do what they say they are going to do. Dar helped us find the high quality SHAW carpet we loved for our home with no sales pressure. Mario came out shortly after and collected measurements and got the ball moving faster towards the installation date and he was a good dude. Janet coordinated great around my schedule and got the job on the books fast. Installation crew (Kent, Kevin & David) were super friendly and actually cared about the work they were doing. Carpet looks excellent, thanks to them. At first I was worried about anyone touching/moving my furniture, these guys took extra care of my furniture and put it back together and back in place better than it was before. Great job, Blakley’s!”

“Knowledge about different carpets and padding. Respected my color scheme and showed me various patterns, thread thickness, and various price ranges. Friendly. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. I was happy with the offering of payment for a year with no interest. This is my second large flooring purchase. The 1st was a year ago taking out our existing flooring and replacing it with Luxury vinyl . this second purchase was taking out basement carpeting and replacing it with carpet. Both experiences went great. I will recommend Blakleys flooring and will go to them for all my flooring needs.”

“I was looking for someone to come out and stretch areas of our 20 year-old carpet. Several flooring places I called would not help me with this at all, trying to do a sales job on me. Blakely‘s was different. They recommended their installer, Terry, to help us. He came out the next day. There was a minimum charge, but he did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Terry as well as Blakely‘s.”

When we first shopped for hardwood flooring they provided a lot of no pressure information and let us take home samples to see how the floor may look in our home, which is great, something you cannot get just ordering online. Second time we went straight to Blakleys to bypass any mess of ordering from an online company and their cusotmer service was again very helpful in getting us the floor quickly. 5 stars for customer service and product, there was absolutely no pressure to go above budget (which is modest)”
