“Great service and support. Moe was wonderful, went out of his way to provide information and samples to help me make a good selection for three rooms of carpeting. I love the carpet, it's thick and great to walk on--my old Dyson vacuum couldn't work on it, but Moe provided resources for me to find one that would (Soniclean, which I love).”

“Darin who handled my flooring is the best. Everyone who works there are so nice and helpful. I had new carpet and flooring installed 3 years ago. The install came out great. Fast forward to March 2020. I had a water leak and the carpet had to be pulled back, section of the padding had to he removed and the baseboard had to be replaced. After repairs Bixby came out to lay my carpet back down, replaced necessary padding and installed new baseboard. Can't even tell . Came out great again. I highly recommend Bixby over the big box stores( you know who they are).”

“We just had our upstairs flooring redone by Bixby Plaza. We couldn't be more pleased. Bixby has competitive prices, strong selection and outstanding installation. I received several estimates for our flooring and Bixby was among the most competitive for the quality of flooring we wanted. Not surprisingly, the big box stores and Costco were the least competitive. Bixby has a large selection of flooring - tile, laminate, carpet, wood, vinyl, etc. Moreover, their staff is highly knowledgeable about the products and how they perform. We worked with Darin Fishman to select our flooring and manage the project. He was professional, patient and really knows flooring. We must have borrowed at least a dozen samples to try at home that ranged across a number of different product lines. We were highly impressed with the installation. Darin knew we had limited time due to work schedules, so he schedule a 5 person crew to get our flooring done post hast. The crew was led by Carlos and they did an outstanding job. They completed our entire upstairs and stairway in three days with high quality results. This included taking out our carpet and padding, leveling some minor imperfections on the floor, moving furniture, installing the flooring, putting on the trim and cleaning up after the installation. The crew put up dust shields to prevent dust from attacking clothes in the closet and floating downstairs. The flooring and installation has transformed the ambiance of the house and makes it feel more upscale. We highly recommend Bixby Plaza for one's flooring needs - pricing is competitive, they have plenty of selection and the installation is fantastic.”
