Not only do they do stellar work at a really reasonable price, they also stand behind the products they sell and the work they do. When our parade home carpet started getting "speed bumps" after a year, and the carpet stained from the littlest contact with anything, Scott Olson brought the Mohawk dealer to our home to show him what was going on, and got the carpet completely replaced for us. At that point, Bisbees had customers for life. With 6 dogs, we need carpet replacement on a fairly regular basis, and the only stop we make is at Bisbees. As a real estate agent, Bisbees is the only flooring company that I refer to. They do the job quickly, correctly, and cost-effectively every time. They listen to what my clients want and need, and they offer my clients options to suit. They don't try to upsell my clients, and they don't try to push them beyond their budget. The knowledge that they conduct business in this manner makes me really secure in my decision to use Bisbees and only Bisbees for my floors and my clients'!”

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have purchased carpeting from Bisbee's twice, and both times I have been very pleased with the service I received. In fact, although the purchases were made more than a year apart, they remembered my name without having to look up my account. They allowed me to take home a whole stack of sample boards and helped me determine what would work for my concrete radiant heated floors. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job. Best yet, the second time they gave me at 20% discount on the total price for being a return customer. While the selection may not be as large as other stores, I will use Bisbee's again and again.”
