“Bill's Carpet recently installed carpet in our entire upper level which included 4 bedrooms a large office and an extremely long hallway. The installation crew was awesome. Bernie Schaffer's workers were prompt on arrival and worked diligently through out the entire day to complete the task at hand. They did an excellent job and placed furniture in the correct locations and were very thorough in clean up. Would highly recommend Bill's Carpet without hesitation.”

“We had the most positive experience from beginning to end of our carpet purchase and installation! We shopped around to several carpet stores before returning to Bill's. Ernie our salesman went out of his way to accommodate us. He came to our house the next day for measurements and even stayed late at work to close the deal. He never pressured us, showed us numerous selections and he was very clear with price differences and quality of carpet choices in our price range. We had a unique experience with a need for expediency and Ernie put us at ease. Within a week Pete and Mike (installers) were at my house ready and prepared at the time I was given. They were experienced, courteous and friendly. They did a beautiful job and even gave me some tips on cleaning and caring for the carpet. Also they are not free lance installers like all the mass merchandise stores, they work for Bill's Carpet and stand behind their guarantee of perfection. “From the moment we stepped in their showroom I was impressed. No sale pressure at all but Dave was there to answer all our questions. Dave came put all the way to Honeoye to give us a very acceptable estimate. The installers James & Rubin we’re professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Bill’s Carpet to everyone. “They were early and they did what they said they would do. They did unfortunately scratch a newly painted wall, but I think it was only because it was newly painted. They had the carpet in the warehouse and ready to go, it's a great quality carpet. I would recommend this place for sure.”

“Bill's Carpet & Furniture Center was just wonderful to work with. My husband and I met with and worked with manager, Dave, and he was so helpful in the store and let us take numerous samples home with us. We had a rather complicated list of carpet projects going on at the same time and the entire order came in 100% accurately. Then a team of installers...Mike, Pete and Nick...arrived on time, as scheduled and did a phenomenal job...one of the best carpet installations I've seen and I have had a lot of them over the years. They were hard working, personable, polite, funny and extremely skilled. We will definitely shop at Bill's again!”
