“Because of a past good experience with Bell's Carpets my wife and I contacted them to replace some vinyl flooring in preparation for a wedding shower. We felt a lot of pressure thinking about the possible complication of choosing a design and we only had a short amount of time before the event. We walked into Bell's and were immediately greeted by friendly staff. The displays were easy to navigate, the products were excellent, and the associate was not overbearing. She helped us the right amount and then gave us time to contemplate. She returned periodically to see how we were doing. She made it easy. Not just with the buying process but also with the scheduling. Bell's was very accommodating to get us promptly on the schedule. The associate went the extra mile by visiting our home to get the particulars for the install. What was even more amazing was the insane quality of work and skill that the installer had. I have contracted services both privately and professionally and have never met a more skilled person. It wasn't just the skill and the proficient speed in which the installer blew my mind but also the level of personal standard he had to make it just right in every way. I'm a stickler for fine details done right. I didn't have to say a word to him about any expectations. The lines were perfect, I couldn't find seams, the vinyl went under every door jam, and any carpet or wood areas that needed work at the doorways were met with precision repairs and cleaned up like new. I seriously almost cried when I saw the results. I could not believe it! I will always use Bell's for my flooring needs.”
