“Behr's was great to work with all around from the flooring selection process to final installation. They are quick to respond and very helpful. Once a flooring decision was made, install was scheduled quickly. We decided to do floor leveling in different areas and in our old house, the subfloor was not as expected. An alternative plan was quickly decided with the same desired outcome. We had a few challenging areas due to the age of the house and multiple additions but everything flows nicely. Overall, we are very pleased with Behr's and highly recommend them!”

“Had over half of the carpet replaced in our house and the entire process working with Behr Flooring was top notch. Based on what I wanted in a carpet Jerry gave me some great options and I absolutely love the carpet we ended up picking out. He was very helpful with his knowledge of finding a very durable, yet soft carpet. All communication and customer service we encountered was superb. We had to reschedule due to COVID and they were very accommodating. As they started to install our carpet, the installer noticed a defect in the carpet and promptly made arrangements to remedy the situation. They told us it would be 1 1/2-2 weeks to get the new order, but it ended up being only 1 week and they were back out putting the not defective carpet in and finishing they job. It was a defect that we would not have noticed, so we really appreciated they pointing it out and making sure we got the quality we paid for. Looking forward to working with them in the future for the remainder of our house.”
