“Come Experience the difference in service!”

“Nice people, pretty fair prices. Only problem I had was when my floor arrived (1800 lbs of it), there was no way to get it off the truck because a lift gate wasn't ordered and I had to pay extra to have it unloaded. This should have been something the representative knew to set up when they took my order. I was told that the customer usually unloads the truck? They apologized, but I was left having to pay extra for something I felt should have been included.”
