He took the time to understand what we wanted, helped us narrow down specific products to meet our needs and was very knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. We decided to install most of our vinyl planking ourselves and John was very responsive in answering questions and supporting our needs. We had Barrington install the planking on the stairs as well as the carpet runners. The installers did a fantastic job and were very pleasant to work with.
