“2022: Used Avita Carpet for the third time, and yet again, delivered with excellence... thanks Bob and Hasan! 2021: Avita Carpet was used again for another home project, and still highly recommended. Hasan and team are the best deal locally and stand behind their service and products. Thanks again! 2018: Avita Carpet is highly recommended for carpet. We shopped multiple places (big box to mom/pops), and they not only had a wide selection of flooring options, but hands down the best prices (negotiated). Working with Hasan (owner) and Bob was pleasurable- both were informative and ensured our install timeline was met. The only thing that prevented us from giving 5 stars was due to minimal follow up towards order/scheduling updates, and the install crew came 45min late, but worked all day/night (install was good, but they worked late to finish around midnight). We would not hesitate purchasing again from Avita, and will be referring family and friends.”

Customer service was stellar from the initial store visit, to the in home estimate, through the installation (which only took a day and a half for my entire basement), then the unexpected follow-up call after the work was completed. “I had a wood floor in my great room hallway and one bedroom in two bedrooms and the stairway we had carpet installed. I couldn't be happier with the way it went. The house was empty but we were moving in in a week. I was afraid they wouldn't finish in time but they got it done in two and a half days. The price was good the installation was excellent and the floors are beautiful. A good experience all the way around.”
