“I cannot recommend Austin Floor Pros enough. Not only were they diligent and professional, they were able to stick to a tight timeline to get my entire house finished. The floors look amazing and everything was done right, not rushed. They want you to be happy with the entire process and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Also, every person we worked with, from the owners down to the men who demoed the tile and installed the new floor, and even the plumber who came by to reconnect things, was extremely nice and professional. “For me, the true evaluation of a company you’re dealing with is how they respond when issues occur. Brazos and Ray rate 100. We contacted Austin Floor Pros through Angie’s list. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Their quote outlined everything they planned to do. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. On the day of installation, their team was delayed a little bit from an earlier project. I think that may have had something to do with the issues we ended up having. As mentioned earlier, Brazos and Ray went out of their way to resolve the issues we had and our project turned out great. Therefore, I would highly recommend Brazos and Ray for any flooring project you have. We love our new carpeting!! John”

“I worked with Austin Floor Pro's and for several projects. They first did an install to remove all the carpet and put in Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). Never heard of this stuff until a few months ago but it is so much better than hard wood if you have dogs/children. It was over 1500 sq/ft and they were in and out in a day and a half. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up, moved the furniture for us, , and the price was super competitive. I then used their other Austin Stain Pro's for several stain projects. We have dogs, and they like to eat our stairs and baseboard. They came in and used some form of clay to fill in the gaps and stained to look just like the stain we have now. They also stained our beams outside that was worn due to the sun (no mess and it looks great). My wife has a table that has been a family heirloom for 60+ years. They came in and sanded it down and stained it to look like new. It looks amazing. I am 100% about service when I pick a company and Ray & Brazos were both awesome. Give them a shot!”
