“I want to commend Michael Maurer who was a huge help to both me and a friend who is trying to help me get the carpet and other flooring I need. Jaime had gone to 2 other stores that did not help us at all. At the 3rd store, Apollo, he first talked to a salesman named Stuart who was extremely rude, nasty, and unhelpful. In fact, Jaime even asked him, "Are you really a salesman?" Eventually Jaime was able to talk to Michael who was wonderful. He did everything he could to help Jaime and later, over the phone, with me. (I'm not going places during the pandemic because of my age and underlying health conditions.) Jaime was wearing a ball cap that had the word Mexico written on the front. Did that have anything to do with Stuart's hostility? Whatever the reason, Stuart just lost a commission and furthermore, because Michael was so helpful and kind, I will be getting another type of flooring for two other rooms through him. I won't work with anyone but Michael. He is terrific! You can count on him to be helpful, quick, thorough, and he bends over backward to work with you on your time frame. A really good salesman who deserves his commissions.”
