“Every company, no matter what the industry, should deliver their services as promised when given ample time; that's a given. It's when you ask a company for their service in an emergency, with no time to prepare, that separates the good from the awesome. Just last week, July 21st to be exact, in the middle of a home renovation and with an appraiser coming out to inspect our property in 3 days, we needed help getting our floating floor system installed ASAP. I came to Anthony and his team by way of a neighbor who knows them well. At 8am on a Wednesday morning, I spoke with Anthony over the phone, gave him the dimensions of our rooms and I kid you not, the very next day around 9am, two of his employees were in my home installing over 250 square feet of flooring within just a few hours. The price I paid was incredibly fair (perhaps more fair for me than them), and the quality of the work was second to none. Anthony's team knew exactly what to do and they did it beautifully. I seriously could not be more thankful for the service and quality that they delivered and Anthony and Andonian's Carpet Warehouse now has an official file in my cabinet and of course on my computer :-). David's price was very fair and he was quick to respond. We had one issue with the install, but Neary and his crew were back the next day to fix it. I completely understand that things can happen sometimes, but I always judge a company by their response to an issue. I was very impressed with their solution to fix the problem, and their response time. Instead of trying to patch the problem, they removed and reinstalled the flooring in that area. The crew removed tile and did a vast amount of work in just a single day, including devising a cunning solution to deal with my island. It turned out even better than I expected. I suppose the work quality comes down to the particular crew that is dispatched, which might explain some of the low ratings.”
