“After doing some extensive research on different carpets I made my way to Anaheim Carpets. The staff there is amazing. They came out to my home in San Clemente to measure my soon to be Theater Room. Jacob brought out the sample that we thought was the one. When we saw it here in the room we decided to go back to the store. We ended up going with the brand new Shaw carpet and it turned out amazing. Thank you Anaheim Carpets for all your professionalism in your field of work. We got the perfect carpet and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend this company. From the showroom to the installation.”

“Great selection of everything, best that we found after shopping at many stores--found what we wanted. Great service. We were able to get samples brought to our house which made our selection process much easier. We got Luxury vinyl for our kitchen--the best!”

“We came in ready to buy porcelain tile. Scott could have made more money selling us that. But after learning about our needs, he asked if he could show us something we might like better. Mind you, this wasn’t an “up sale”. It was stronger with a better warranty AND it was cheaper. We did our due diligence and went shopping at other places. But no one was willing to match Scott’s prices. They also didn’t seem to care at all. Plus we did get the up sell to porcelain tile at one nearby shop. Installation was at our convenience, no add ons. Everything was just as we had agreed. No surprises. The crew was nice and skilled - and they worked hard. My only complaint was that they didn’t have two Scotts.”
